Job Description

Engineer observability for AWS and Azure infrastructure (compute, network, storage, databases) using code, automation, and OpenTelemetry.

Build and operate telemetry pipelines for cloud metrics, logs, traces, and events across AWS and Azure services.Implement SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and burn‑rate alerting for cloud infrastructure services.Integrate observability platforms such as New Relic, Splunk, CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor.

Automate cloud incident detection, diagnostics, runbooks, and MTTR reduction workflows.Build Observability‑as‑Code using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines for AWS and Azure environments

3–7 years of experience in software development, SRE, platform engineering, or observability engineering.
