Your Role

As a Network Fulfilment Engineer – Broadband Services, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for provisioning, implementing, and commissioning broadband services across distributed network architectures. You will work closely with design teams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with the Network Design team to review high-level and low-level designs and identify potential risks.
• Manage and deliver a continuous workload independently while adhering to all organizational policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and refine procedures to prevent recurrence.
• Provision, implement, and commission new broadband services.
• Act as a point of contact for engineers across the tribe, simplifying technical information for broader understanding during Change Review Boards.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering technical growth and confidence in independent work.

Your Profile

• Expertise in hardware platforms including Cisco and Alcatel/Nokia.
• Understanding of distributed network architectures in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS/IOS-XR (NCS5K, ASR9K) and Alcatel/Nokia TiMOS (BNG, 7750 SR series).
• Strong knowledge of routing/switching technologies: Segment Routing, MAP-T, IP/MPLS, LDP, ISIS, BGP, EVPN, ACLs, QoS, IPoE, PPPoE, DHCP, OLT/FTTP/FTTH/FTTC, Fibre technologies.
• Accreditation such as CCNP Service Provider or equivalent with 5+ years of experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills for documentation and knowledge transfer.

Good to Have

• Experience with Huawei CX600 switches and Alcatel 7210 platform.
• Exposure to cloud-based systems.
• Familiarity with GIT, JIRA, and programming languages such as Python.
• Ability to work with OpenConfig and vendor-specific NETCONF-YANG models, JSON, and XML payloads for network automation.
