About the Position
As a Project Management Officer (PMO), you act as a true business partner to Engagement Managers and project teams.
You bring structure, methodology, and governance while ensuring cost control, revenue protection, and the achievement of contractual objectives.
Working in an international and multicultural environment, you ensure alignment between teams, processes, and tools throughout the entire project lifecycle to optimize project performance and successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Governance & Methodology
- Deploy and maintain project management processes, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with methodologies and governance rules.
- Guarantee the proper application of project management procedures and tools.
Financial Control & Profitability
- Monitor project financial performance, including costs, revenues, margins, and forecasts.
- Analyze variances between budget, actuals, and forecasts.
- Identify financial risks and proactively raise alerts.
- Contribute to profitability optimization and revenue protection.
Project Performance & Delivery
- Support project planning, including workload, resources, and milestones.
- Track project progress and analyze deviations related to cost, schedule, quality, and risks.
- Produce reliable, concise, and decision-oriented reporting.
Coordination & Communication
- Facilitate collaboration between operational teams, management, and clients.
- Implement governance routines that promote cross-functional alignment.
- Prepare and facilitate project review and governance meetings.
Analysis & Data
- Perform financial and operational analyses to support decision-making.
- Leverage project data to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Develop and monitor key project performance indicators.
Candidate Profile
- Financial performance monitoring and project analysis.
- Budget tracking, financial forecasting, and cost control.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Project.
- Strong knowledge of reporting and analytical tools.
- Fluent English.

Please note that this is not a Financial Controller or Management Controller position.
The PMO's role primarily focuses on preparing, consolidating, and monitoring project data, ensuring data consistency, producing reports, tracking performance indicators, and managing project documentation.
Responsibility for financial decisions, profitability management, and commitments related to project performance remains with the relevant project managers and business leaders.
