Project Management Business Partner - Spanish Speaker

Job Description

The Project Management Business Partner supports project teams in an aerospace environment by ensuring operational steering, risk management, financial tracking, and the implementation of effective reporting tools.
They act as a true facilitator between technical teams, business stakeholders, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and monitor project activities
• Plan activities and track progress
• Assist in budget planning and monitoring
• Identify and analyze risks; define contingency and mitigation plans
• Coordinate and follow up on actions
• Organize meetings and provide preparation and support
• Prepare status reports for various projects

Required Profile :

• Education:
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent academic/professional qualifications.

• Experience:
  3–5 years of professional experience in the aeronautical sector.

• Languages:

  • English: C1 level (required for international meetings)
  • Spanish: desirable

• Technical Knowledge:

  • Project management methodologies and tools
  • Airbus environment tools:
    • E7, MS Project, Miles
    • ARM, ICC, Looker Studio, Qlik (basic level)
    • PM Handbook, LBIP+ (desirable)
  • Cost management: Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Familiarity with QCDP objectives (Quality, Cost, Delivery, People)
  • Agile methodologies
