Mechanical & Physical Technician

Responsibilities

  • Design foundry, plastic, and sheet metal parts.
  • Produce functional drawings and apply ISO dimensioning and tolerancing.
  • Draft detailed technical specifications.
  • Develop the functional definition of components for supplier consultation.
  • Participate in the development of mechanical assemblies and systems.
  • Perform quality control on designs and deliverables.
  • Ensure tracking and on-time delivery of assigned tasks.
  • Analyze, summarize, and verify input data before design work.
  • Produce robust CAD deliverables aligned with engineering and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • A Bac +2/3 (Associate’s / Bachelor’s degree) in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar mechanical design role.
  • Strong academic background demonstrating the ability to learn quickly, solve complex problems, and work efficiently in a team environment.
  • A rigorous, structured, and detail-oriented mindset is essential.
  • Experience in a technical or industrial environment and proficiency with CAD software are strong advantages.
  • Motivated candidates with strong technical foundations and demonstrated learning agility will also be valued.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or equivalent).
  • High level of rigor and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Team spirit and effective communication skills.
