Responsibilities
RUN Activities – Backlog Lot 1
- Process RUN activities and manage backlog Lot 1.
- Handle specifications, implementation of enhancements, and validation tests.
- Analyze and report potential impacts on data.
User Support & Training
- Assist users by providing best practices and tool tips.
- Deliver day‑to‑day support for the operational use of the tool.
- Lead Q&A and training sessions for end users.
- Train and onboard new users.
- Manage and maintain training materials and documentation.
Level 2 Support
- Analyze and qualify issues escalated from the field.
- Conduct AMOA testing.
- Formalize and update training and support documentation.
Profile
- Proven experience in Level 1 or Level 2 application support.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to support end users.
- Ability to manage training sessions and produce documentation.
- Familiarity with testing and validation processes.
- French is a plus; English is required.
