We are looking for a Data Scientist Expert to join our team in Casablanca. The ideal candidate brings exceptional expertise in data science and artificial intelligence, with extensive experience leading large‑scale strategic AI initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping the organization’s data vision, driving innovation, and delivering advanced analytical solutions with high business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Define the data science vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities for the organization.
  • Lead complex AI and advanced analytics projects from concept to delivery.
  • Advise executive leadership on data‑driven innovation opportunities.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of data scientists.
  • Design and implement innovative solutions to solve complex and high‑value business problems.
  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and industrialization of AI solutions across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in statistics, applied mathematics, and computer science.
  • Mastery of advanced machine learning and deep learning techniques, including large‑scale applications.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and growing data science teams.
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable, data‑driven solutions.
  • Strong experience industrializing AI solutions in large‑scale production environments.

Python, R, Scala, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark, Hadoop, Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), Kubernetes, MLOps
