Job Description

Your mission : 

Under the responsability of Stellantis Independent Aftermarket Projects & Referencing direction, the Data Controller will have the following missions:

  • Process and transform supplier master data into business-ready files for Marketing, Logistics, Purchasing, Distribution, and Pricing, ensuring seamless integration into SAP via ORIAM (internal tool).
  • Initiate, execute, and manage product referencing campaigns, including product launches, range extensions, and price update activities.
  • Extract, cleanse, and convert Master Files and Price Lists using Access databases, transforming supplier data into standardized corporate templates.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative data validation checks, utilizing macros and automated controls to detect and correct data inconsistencies and primary errors.
  • Manage price list processing in accordance with the pricing methodology agreed upon with suppliers.
  • Analyze and determine initial order quantities and forecast flow changes to support supply chain and inventory planning.
  • Create and maintain DIAM data files and distribute sales price catalogs to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance throughout the product referencing and pricing lifecycle.

 

Your Profil : 

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Operations, Data Management, or a related industrial environment,
  • Power BI
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint.)
  • Experience in the automotive sector (mainly in part or aftermarket business) is a plus
  • Fluent in English (Spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and control supplier data errors
  • Manage Stellantis system interfaces to control data accuracy and inject data as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to validate the data and continue the data integration process
