Over the years, we’ve successfully delivered a market-leading online service and remain at the forefront of major transformation programmes, driven by our dedicated Capgemini project teams.
Today, we’re entering an exciting new phase. Our current programme is focused on modernising existing schemes, enhancing functionality, and introducing innovative new features that will define the service for years to come. You’ll play a key role in supporting and evolving these solutions as part of a forward-thinking team.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, supportive environment, based across the client site in Cardiff and our Welsh Delivery Centre. Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role

In this role, you will:

- Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues, working closely with Business Analysts and third-line support teams to deliver effective solutions

- Identify risks and escalate issues quickly and confidently, ensuring minimal impact on users and services
- Spot opportunities to improve performance, processes, and reliability — and take the lead in making them happen
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational best practice
You can bring your whole self to work. At Capgemini building an inclusive future is part of everyday life and will be part of your working reality. We have built a representative and welcoming environment, for everyone.
