Your Role
We’re looking for an experienced Enablement Lead to take ownership of the onboarding and offboarding processes for IT staff, contractors, and—most critically—third-party suppliers across complex client environments. This role plays a key part in ensuring that supplier engagements are seamless, secure, and aligned with contractual and compliance requirements.
You’ll lead the design and execution of onboarding and offboarding frameworks that prioritise supplier readiness, access provisioning, and documentation accuracy. Working closely with vendor managers, procurement, and IT operations, you’ll ensure that every supplier is set up for success from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of third-party suppliers, contractors, and IT personnel.
- Build and maintain scalable onboarding processes tailored to supplier engagement, access control, and compliance.
- Ensure all supplier onboarding activities align with security policies, legal requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with vendor managers and internal stakeholders to streamline supplier setup and transition processes.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting to support audits, governance, and supplier performance tracking.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to supplier access, documentation gaps, and service continuity.
Your Profile
- Proven success in managing complex supplier onboarding and offboarding across multi-vendor environments, particularly within government sectors.
- Deep understanding of supplier engagement practices, including contract initiation, compliance alignment, and onboarding readiness.
- Strong expertise in supplier governance, performance management, and relationship building with third-party vendors.
- Familiarity with SIAM (Service Integration and Management) methodologies and end-to-end service delivery frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure seamless supplier integration and disengagement while maintaining service continuity and minimising operational risk.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to support supplier transitions, including procurement, IT operations, and security.
- Experience with ITSM tools and identity/access management systems to support secure and compliant onboarding processes.
For this role you will need to have NV1 or NV2 clearance and ability to work fulltime on site due to the projects within this role.
