Your Role
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Continuous Improvement Expert to lead and support initiatives that drive operational excellence and service performance across one of our large scale clients in Canberra. This role is responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, optimizing processes, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement aligned with ITIL best practices.
Key Responsibilities

Performance Analysis:
Regularly review and analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. -
Improvement Planning:
Develop and maintain a Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) plan that outlines initiatives, objectives, and timelines. -
Process Optimization:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance service delivery. -
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment of improvement initiatives with business goals. -
Implementation and Monitoring:
Execute improvement initiatives and monitor their impact. Adjust plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes. -
Reporting:
Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports on CSI activities, progress, and results to senior management and relevant stakeholders. -
Best Practices Promotion:
Advocate for and support the adoption of ITIL best practices and continuous improvement methodologies across the organization.
Your Experience
- Proven experience in continuous improvement, service management, or process optimization roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively.
- Certification in ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
- Experience working in a service-oriented or IT environment.
- Strong facilitation and change management capabilities.
For this role you will need to have NV1 or NV2 clearance and ability to work fulltime on site due to the projects within this role.
