OT Framework Technical Manager

Your role

Are you passionate about shaping the future of Operational Technology (OT) in critical infrastructure? We’re looking for a dynamic OT Framework Technical Manager to join our team and drive innovation in water infrastructure resilience, ecological sustainability, and regional growth.

As our OT Framework Technical Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a transformative infrastructure enhancement project. You’ll lead the technical strategy and implementation of OT systems, ensuring they’re secure, future-ready, and aligned with our environmental and operational goals. Role includes following responsibilities:
 

• Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of OT systems across our infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to integrate OT into strategic developments.
• Mentor and guide a team of OT engineers and technicians.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Your profile

• A degree in Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in OT systems, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of SCADA, PLCs, RTUs, and industrial control systems
• Experience in the water industry is a plus
• Solid understanding of OT security frameworks (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82)
