OT Framework Configuration Engineer & Software Developer

Your role

You’ll work at the intersection of IT and OT, designing and implementing solutions that connect industrial control systems with modern technologies, ensuring safety, efficiency, and resilience.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Develop and configure OT software solutions that integrate with SCADA systems and industrial control environments.
• Create and maintain configuration standards and best practices for OT systems across diverse industries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex OT software issues, ensuring minimal downtime for critical operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable seamless IT/OT integration and secure architectures.
• Document technical specifications and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your profile

• Experience in software engineering with exposure to OT or industrial automation.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ or Python.
• Familiarity with industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA, MQTT) and network architectures.
• Knowledge of SCADA systems, PLCs, and industrial networks.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles for OT environments (IEC 62443 is a plus).
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
