Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Graduation year between 2024 and 2026.
• Fluent in English, German, or Turkish. Written and Spoken.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Learning agility and adaptability.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a plus.
