Technical Project Manager

Your Role

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects across multiple teams
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Prepare status reports and dashboards
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations
  • Act as liaison between engineering, product, operations, and leadership teams
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science, or a related field (preferred).
  • 4-6 years of experience in project/program management in a technical or engineering environment (Software Engineering focused)
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive consensus
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Fluency in Italian is a plus
