We are seeking a talented Technical Consultant to join our Supply Chain Transformation team and support clients in implementing and integrating modern Supply Chain Planning solutions within complex enterprise landscapes.

Role Overview

As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical implementation, integration, and optimization of Supply Chain Planning solutions. You will work closely with business consultants, client IT teams, architects, and technology partners to ensure seamless connectivity between planning platforms and enterprise systems while delivering scalable, high-quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between Supply Chain Planning solutions and enterprise applications, including ERP, WMS, POS, CRM, and data platforms.
• Analyze technical requirements and translate business needs into scalable integration architectures and solution designs.
• Configure interfaces, APIs, data pipelines, and technical environments required for successful solution implementations.
• Facilitate technical workshops and design sessions with customer IT teams, enterprise architects, and system integration partners.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, interface documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution design artifacts.
• Support data migration, testing activities, deployment preparation, cutover planning, and go-live execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations, data quality, system performance, connectivity, and application interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with business consultants, client stakeholders, and project teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
• Contribute to technical best practices, reusable assets, accelerators, and capability development within the Supply Chain Planning practice.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and technical proposal development when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in technical consulting, system integration, software implementation, enterprise applications, or solution architecture projects.
• Strong knowledge of:
• SQL
• APIs (REST/SOAP)
• ETL Processes
• JSON and XML
• Data Integration and Middleware Technologies
• Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python, Java, Bash, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise architecture principles, security concepts, and identity and access management.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations across enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, or related industries is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills within multinational project environments.
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
