Role Description:
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Skill and Knowledge Manager / Resourcing to join our vibrant team! As the Skill and Knowledge Manager / Resourcing, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end resource planning, skill and capability management, and workforce visibility to ensure alignment between business demand, talent supply, and delivery excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain end-to-end resourcing visibility across the portfolio, ensuring effective alignment of workforce demand and supply.
- Manage resource allocation and deployment activities to support business and project needs.
- Own and maintain a comprehensive view of organizational skills, capabilities, and workforce capacity.
- Develop and continuously enhance the skills and capabilities framework to meet evolving business requirements.
- Partner with business leaders and delivery teams to identify current and future talent needs.
- Monitor resource utilization, identify gaps, and recommend actions to optimize workforce efficiency.
- Drive skill and knowledge management initiatives to strengthen organizational capabilities and support career development.
- Prepare workforce planning reports, dashboards, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Experience & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, HR, IT services, or consulting environments.
- Proven experience in managing resource allocation, workforce planning, and capability management initiatives.
- Strong understanding of skill management frameworks, knowledge management practices, and talent planning processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in workforce management and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and HR management systems.
