Job Description:

The Product Manager is the owner of the product asset, responsible for defining and driving the strategic product vision and roadmap to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer value. The role focuses on building the right product, leading Epics across their full lifecycle, and enabling successful delivery through close collaboration with Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, own, and evolve a human‑centred product vision and roadmap informed by user research, market, and industry insights.
  • Lead Epic creation, onboarding, triage, prioritisation, and delivery from demand identification to deployment.
  • Manage demand flow by engaging stakeholders, customers, and leadership to ensure visibility, alignment, and progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to define, refine, and deliver Features within each Epic.
  • Ensure delivery decisions are balanced between customer value and technical debt.
  • Contribute actively to Quarterly Planning and Business Review events.
  • Maintain transparency on priorities, progress, dependencies, and outcomes through dashboards and delivery roadmaps.
  • Support and mentor Product Owners to strengthen capability, consistency, and agile maturity.
  • Collaborate with portfolio leadership to support product pricing models and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Product Management or related roles within agile delivery environments.
  • Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • Practical hands‑on experience with AI solutions, including heavy implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong prioritisation, communication, and decision‑making skills with a focus on value delivery.
