Job Description

This role is both to deliver the current training but also to actively shape and support these broader development initiatives alongside other members of the team, and includes (but is unlikely to be limited to) the following high-level activities:

  • Independently lead and deliver high impact TNA trainings (once familiarity gained with the content)
  • Support and expand internal marketing of the programme to Capgemini entities
  • Further enhance the core TNA content and delivery methods for relevance and impact, collaborating with Capgemini University to do so
  • Train-up local entity trainers and provide ongoing coaching as part of our Train-the-Trainer programme
  • Develop insightful content for distribution through a global community platform
  • Support the introduction of AI into our content – potentially as useful tools both during (e.g., to build outline storylines) and after the training (e.g., a “storytelling feedback tool” for pursuit content)
  • Provide storytelling support to large pursuits, potentially from any / all of Capgemini’s business lines
  • Represent the organisation at internal and external events as a thought leader in business storytelling
  • Be prepared to travel extensively (c.50% of the working year) outside of one’s home country

Competencies

  • Strong facilitation skills. Our philosophy is that participants learn what they earn. Our job is not to present information but to help participants reach the learning conclusions and principles themselves through highly engaged question-asking, discussion-prompting, micro-exercises, etc. We try to embody the story-telling principles we teach in our manner of delivering the training itself.
  • Strong senior-client exposure. The successful candidate will have visceral knowledge of what it is to build and maintain successful senior client relationships and will bring to bear stories of real personal client experiences to underline key learning principles. The candidate will bring 10+ years in such a role.
  • Written communication skills. While we do not expect candidates to have a pre-existing understanding of, e.g., common storytelling narrative structures, we do expect candidates to have demonstrably strong written communication skills: the ability to build effective and creative presentations end-to-end. Fluency in English (written as well as oral) is essential.
  • Problem-solving. Substance and insight are the cornerstones of strong business stories that are valued by clients. The candidate will be able to apply strong problem structuring and problem solving skills as he/she brings storytelling principles to bear in real Capgemini pursuits.
  • Energy and enthusiasm. Flexibility. We are actively shaping the future of this initiative. 2026 will be very different from 2025, and 2027 will undoubtedly be very different from 2026. The successful candidate will bring optimism, energy and enthusiasm to the role and will be extremely comfortable with shaping and supporting an agenda that will evolve over time.
  • Technology background. Whilst we do not require candidates to have a deep technology background, we do require candidates to be comfortable engaging in a meaningful way with any and all of the diverse technical competencies represented across Capgemini, bringing to bear the problem-solving skills described above to quickly get to what’s important for clients and for the building of compelling business stories for them.
