Job Description:

The Senior Engineer, Solutions Architecture delivers technical and consultative expertise throughout both the pre‑sales and post‑sales phases of customer engagements. This role collaborates closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize complex IT solutions that align with their strategic, operational, and financial goals. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, the Senior Engineer translates detailed business and technical requirements into comprehensive architecture designs for large‑scale solutions. They provide leadership in solution development, ensure architectural integrity, and support seamless implementation to maximize customer value and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with external customers to design, implement, and optimize new IT solutions or replace existing IT environments.
• Develop and deliver integrated, end‑to‑end IT architectures that align with customers’ strategic, operational, and financial objectives.
• Translate complex client business and technical requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs for large‑scale technology solutions.
• Lead solution design efforts for complex, cross‑functional architecture engagements.
• Provide technical and/or business consultative services throughout the pre‑sales and post‑sales lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal product teams, sales, and services groups to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs and business goals.
• Ensure architectural integrity and alignment with best practices across solution components.
• Support customer engagements by providing subject‑matter expertise for specialized technologies or solution areas.
• Maintain a strong understanding of emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches where appropriate.
• Engage customers in strategic discussions to assess needs, identify challenges, and propose advanced solution architectures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 or more years of relevant experience.
• Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Complete and in‑depth technical knowledge of the relevant area of specialization, including principles, methodologies, and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for assessing unusual circumstances and identifying root causes.
• Ability to resolve a wide variety of issues creatively and propose alternative solution approaches when needed.
• Demonstrated capability as a fully qualified, experienced professional at the journey level.
• Experience working on diverse and complex technical problems requiring evaluation of multiple factors.
• Ability to devise solutions based on limited information and adapt existing approaches to new scenarios.
• Strong judgment, evaluation, and interpretation skills for selecting the appropriate course of action.
• Ability to work independently with review at key checkpoints.
• Strong communication and consultative skills to engage customers and internal stakeholders.
