Job Purpose
The Corporate Ethics Officer will lead Capgemini ethics and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to global and local standards. This role focuses on fostering a strong SpeakUp culture, managing confidential employee investigations, and promoting ethical business practices across all operations.
Key Responsibilities

Ethics Program Management
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Code of Ethics and compliance framework.
- Regularly review and update ethics policies to reflect regulatory changes and business needs.

SpeakUp Program Leadership
- Oversee the SpeakUp reporting channels, ensuring accessibility, confidentiality, and non-retaliation.
- Drive awareness campaigns and training to strengthen a culture of transparency and trust.
- Monitor and report SpeakUp metrics, including trust gap analysis and engagement levels.

Employee Investigations
- Lead and manage investigations into allegations of misconduct, fraud, harassment, and ethical breaches.
- Ensure investigations follow principles of independence, impartiality, confidentiality, and fairness.
- Document findings and recommend corrective actions in collaboration with HR and Legal.

Training & Awareness
- Design and deliver ethics and compliance training for employees and leadership teams.
- Promote organizational justice through respect, neutrality, and transparency in all processes.

Reporting & Governance
- Provide regular reports to senior management and global compliance teams on ethics program effectiveness.
- Advise leadership on emerging risks, regulatory updates, and ethical dilemmas.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field
- Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years in ethics, compliance, or corporate governance roles.
- Proven experience managing SpeakUp programs and employee investigations.
- Familiarity with global compliance standards and local Egyptian regulations.
- Skills:
- Strong investigative and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or equivalent is a plus.
