Senior Buyer in MarCom/ MICE/EB

Job Description - Grade Specific

The position is for the Senior Buyer for Corporate Professional Services in the Marketing Communication, MICE and Employee Benefits Category.

We are looking for the Procurement professional with experience in Strategic Sourcing who will manage Marketing Communication, MICE and Employee Benefits on French market as well as build strong stakeholder relation in EU Capgemini Legal Entities.

Main accountabilities

• Be accountable for managing multiple Marketing Communication, MICE and Employee Benefits subcategories according to the Group and Category Guidelines
• Manage Category for spend, supplier, sourcing initiatives and saving to ensure the benefits coming from the total cost of ownership
• Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms with suppliers and service providers to ensure optimal value for the company
• Monitor and report the progress of initiated strategic sourcing activities
• Manage local country contracts – cooperate with Legal, GDPR officer, Cyber security and Business owners
• Build strong partnership relation with business stakeholders in multiple EU entities of Capgemini
• Implement global frame agreements in local entities and drive compliance to them

Requirements

If you like taking ownership, making decisions and would like to work in an international environment as well as:

• Have 3-4 Years experience as Category Buyer,
• Have knowledge and experience in Marketing & Communication/ MICE field
• Have strong multiple stakeholder experience
• Communicate well in English and French/ or German
• Have proven track record working in international team(s).
• Experienced with using Excel at minimum intermediate level.
