Job Description:

The Senior Analyst, Services Project/Program Management supports the development, coordination, and implementation of the company’s products and services by working with departmental and cross‑functional teams. This role assists in overseeing installation, delivery, and client acceptance activities for capital equipment, enterprise software systems, and integrated solutions. It is a client‑facing role that may be billable depending on project needs. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects or specific project-related activities within established scope, schedule, budget, and quality constraints.
  • Partner with external clients/customers to track project progress from initiation through delivery.
  • Ensure technical compatibility and readiness for assigned client accounts.
  • Organize and coordinate interdepartmental activities to ensure project/product completion on schedule and within budget.
  • Support cross-functional teams delivering new or existing solutions to clients.
  • Mediate internal issues, conflicting priorities, or resource constraints as needed.
  • Assist in monitoring installation, configuration, and client acceptance for enterprise systems or integrated solutions.
  • Apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of operational or project challenges.
  • Modify processes and methods in alignment with guidelines when needed.
  • Conduct analysis of moderately scoped problems involving varied and routine factors.
  • Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions.
  • Apply learned techniques and contribute to investigation and problem‑solving efforts.
  • Work independently on day‑to‑day tasks with general guidance on new assignments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • Developing professional expertise with the ability to apply policies, procedures, and guidelines effectively.
  • Ability to analyze moderately complex issues and determine solutions using established methods.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills when working across departments.
  • Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and support project delivery activities.
  • Good judgment in selecting appropriate actions within defined procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in client‑facing interactions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal instruction on routine work.
