Job Description:
The Senior Advisor, Services Project/Program Management leads and oversees the development, execution, and delivery of the company’s products and services through coordination with cross-functional and departmental teams. This client‑facing, typically billable role ensures the successful installation, implementation, and acceptance of capital equipment, enterprise software, or integrated system solutions. The position requires deep technical understanding, advanced project leadership, and the ability to guide teams through complex initiatives while aligning with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects or project-related activities within defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Lead the end‑to‑end project lifecycle, from initiation through delivery and client acceptance.
- Collaborate with external clients/customers to ensure technical compatibility and successful delivery.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and acceptance of capital equipment, enterprise software, or integrated systems.
- Coordinate cross‑functional and interdepartmental teams to ensure timely and budget‑aligned delivery.
- Mediate internal conflicts and resolve competing priorities across teams.
- Ensure project deliverables meet contractual, technical, and compliance requirements.
- Analyze complex issues involving multiple variables and propose effective solutions.
- Determine methods, processes, and procedures for new or unfamiliar project assignments.
- Apply judgment in selecting, adapting, and evaluating advanced techniques to accomplish project goals.
- Ensure completed work aligns with departmental and organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Typically requires 8+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience.
- Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Advanced, wide‑ranging professional knowledge with strong business and technical acumen.
- Ability to develop, refine, and resolve complex project models, procedures, and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of interrelationships among technical, operational, and business disciplines.
- Ability to apply existing principles and contribute to the development of new processes and ideas.
- Proven ability to creatively solve complex issues and deliver effective outcomes.
- Strong analytical and decision‑making skills for selecting and adapting techniques and methods.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience working directly with clients and stakeholders.
