Role Summary
The Salesforce Consultant is responsible for leading business discussions, gathering requirements, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensuring successful implementation aligned with best practices. This role works closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to maximize business value from the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
- Configure Salesforce features, including workflows, flows, page layouts, validation rules, and reports
- Lead discovery workshops, demos, and training sessions
- Collaborate with developers to convert designs into technical specifications
- Participate in UAT, solution validation, and change management
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and security standards
- Support integration activities and data migration efforts
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization recommendations
