Job Description

Your Responsibilities as a TM Architect

Technology & Process Consulting: Lead the functional TM stream in complex transformation programs as well as global SAP S/4HANA template and rollout initiatives – from presales to go‑live.
Architecture & Integration: Design and implement scalable SAP TM architectures with seamless integration into surrounding systems (e.g., EWM, GTS, BN4L, Yard Logistics).
Planning & Optimization: Own the end‑to‑end transportation planning processes (Transportation Cockpit, optimizer runs), including quality gates, KPIs, and best‑practice enablement.
Governance & Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews, fit‑gap / fit‑to‑standard assessments, architectural and interface documentation; ensure standards, templates, and reusable assets.
Innovation & Offering Development: Evaluate new SAP technologies and actively evolve our service offerings around TM, integration, and analytics.
Leadership: Coach project teams, provide mentoring, and drive methodological excellence (architecture decisions, delivery excellence).

Qualification: Degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or comparable education.
Experience: Several years of hands‑on experience as SAP TM Solution Architect or TM Lead (S/4HANA embedded / side‑car) with deep process and customizing know‑how; integration experience with EWM / SD / MM / BN4L is an advantage.
Methods & Tools: Proficient in Fit‑Gap / Activate, specifications, and reporting/KPIs.
Languages: Excellent German skills (min. C1) and good English; both are required in our projects.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, decisiveness, and team orientation.
Mobility: Willingness to travel for national and international projects.
