Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant to join our SAP practice. In this role, you will work directly with global clients to design, implement, and optimize SAP Sales & Distribution solutions within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to delivery excellence in our SAP projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support SAP SD configuration, enhancements, and deployments.

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SD solutions.

Configure core SD components including Pricing procedures, Billing, Contract Management, Shipping, Credit Management, ATP, and Master Data.

Work on integration points with MM, FI/CO, WM, PP, and other SAP modules.

Develop functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows (WRICEF).

Support full project lifecycle activities—design, build, testing, cutover, go‑live, and hypercare.

Collaborate with global teams in an onshore/offshore delivery model.

Conduct UAT, end-user training, and create process & solution documentation.

Provide L2/L3 production support and ensure SLA compliance.

Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to best practices within the SAP community at Capgemini.

Required Skills & Experience

4-6  years of hands-on experience in SAP SD implementation and support.

Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash business processes.

Solid experience in Pricing, Billing, Shipping, ATP, Credit Management, and Master Data.

Strong knowledge of SD integration with FI/CO, MM, WM, PP.

Experience working in global delivery models (onshore/offshore).

Ability to write high-quality functional specifications and work closely with ABAP teams.

Experience with IDocs, EDI, and interface troubleshooting.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP S/4HANA (SD & Fiori apps).

Knowledge of Advanced ATP (aATP), Condition Contracts, or SAP CRM.

Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.

Prior work experience in consulting or large-scale ERP programs.
