Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced SAP Portal SME to join our dynamic team! As the SAP Portal SME, you will play a key role in managing and supporting SAP Enterprise Portal environments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance for digital workplace solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Incident and Change Request Management for SAP Enterprise Portal.
• Configure, customize, and maintain SAP Enterprise Portal to meet business requirements.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to end-users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure system stability, performance optimization, and compliance with security standards.
• Coordinate with SAP Basis and other technical teams for portal upgrades and patches.
• Document configurations, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience.
• Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Strong experience in SAP Enterprise Portal administration and development.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
