Role Overview

Capgemini is seeking a highly experienced SAP Cloud ERP Finance Architect to lead solution design and architecture for finance transformations on SAP S/4HANA Cloud. The role focuses on driving cloud-based financial modernizations, advising clients on best practices, and supporting presales and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design for SAP Cloud ERP Finance (S/4HANA Public & Private Cloud)
• Drive end-to-end finance transformation programs, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Define target operating models, finance processes, and cloud adoption strategies
• Collaborate with presales teams on RFPs, proposals, solutioning, and client presentations
• Design scalable, compliant, and best-practice SAP finance architectures
• Provide expertise in RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, and SAP BTP integration scenarios
• Guide clients through finance transformation, regulatory compliance, and digital innovation
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP standard capabilities
• Support delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and transition

Experience & Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in SAP Finance consulting and solution architecture
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (Cloud preferred)
• Proven experience in finance transformation programs and cloud migrations
• Deep understanding of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling)
• Experience with SAP SaaS offerings and cloud architectures
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, integrations, and analytics tools
• Strong understanding of finance compliance, localization, and reporting requirements
• Experience in presales, client workshops, and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification required
• Additional certifications in SAP Cloud, BTP, or Architecture frameworks are a plus
