We are currently expanding our SAP practice and looking to hire a highly experienced SAP Ariba Project Manager.

Position Summary

Capgemini is hiring an experienced SAP Ariba Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM), Ariba (Upstream & Downstream), and Organizational Change Management (OCM).
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of SAP consulting and project leadership experience across diverse industries and will be responsible for leading end‑to‑end Ariba implementations and driving customer value.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

• Lead full lifecycle SAP Ariba implementation projects at Capgemini.
• Manage delivery across multiple workstreams and coordinate with international stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring on‑time and high‑quality delivery.
• Identify project risks, issues, and opportunities; execute mitigation plans.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

SAP Ariba Expertise

• Provide deep functional expertise on Ariba Network, Ariba Buyer, Spend Management platforms.
• Guide buyers and suppliers through enablement, onboarding, and optimization.
• Deliver solution design, process mapping, and integration support.

SAP MM / ECC Functional Support

• Support and enhance SAP modules: MM, SD, PP, FI, HCM.
• Conduct requirements analysis, build documentation, and lead testing cycles.
• Create and deliver training materials and end‑user documentation.

Organizational Change Management (OCM)

• Perform change readiness assessments and develop OCM strategies.
• Build stakeholder communication plans, training programs, and adoption frameworks.
• Manage resistance, monitor employee engagement, and conduct post‑change evaluations.

PMO & Governance

• Support budget tracking, staffing plans, change requests, and compliance activities.
• Ensure alignment between business, IT, functional teams, and leadership.
• Facilitate cross‑team coordination through various rollout and support phases.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 15+ years of SAP experience, including Ariba project management.
• Strong SAP MM functional background and multi‑module integration experience.
• Proven track record in OCM frameworks and adoption programs.
• Experience delivering projects in global or multi‑industry environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client‑facing skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• SAP TERP10 certification.
• SAP Certified Associate – Procurement with SAP ERP.
• SQL data analysis experience.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and coaching skills.
