Role Description:
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Workforce Management & Resource Planning Specialist to join our vibrant team! As the Workforce Management & Resource Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end resource allocation, workforce planning, and staffing operations across multiple projects, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business needs.
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end resource allocation and workforce planning across multiple projects.
• Analyze demand versus supply to ensure optimal staffing fulfillment and utilization.
• Coordinate with project managers to assign, deploy, and reassign resources based on business needs.
• Monitor and manage bench resources, ensuring timely redeployment and minimizing idle capacity.
• Oversee the project staffing lifecycle, including onboarding, assignment tracking, and offboarding.
• Review and approve staffing plans to ensure alignment with organizational strategy.
• Ensure accurate seat allocation, tagging, and closure within workforce management tools.
• Maintain up-to-date staffing data and assignment records across systems.
• Deliver data-driven workforce reports on headcount, utilization, and trends to support decision-making.
Experience & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in workforce management, resource planning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing staffing operations and resource allocation in a complex environment.
• In-depth understanding of workforce planning concepts, utilization management, and capacity planning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in workforce management tools and reporting platforms, including Excel and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
