Resource Manager - German Speaker

Role Overview

The Resource Manager is responsible for the effective allocation and optimization of workforce resources across projects. This role ensures alignment between business demands and available talent, while maintaining high utilization, minimizing bench time, and supporting successful project delivery

Your Responsibilities

• Operational Staffing: Review incoming demands, match required skills and availability, and recommend suitable candidates in close coordination with the Branch Managers, while ensuring cross‑branch resource planning.
• Demand Prioritization: Coordinate competing staffing requests to ensure the best possible allocation.
• Active Bench Management: Monitor availabilities, identify underutilization, and proactively assign employees to suitable demands.
• Data Quality Ownership in Whoz: Ensure complete and accurate demands and assignments in collaboration with the demand owners, and analyze employee profiles.

Your Profile

• 9+ years of relevant experience.
• A structured, conscientious, and organized way of working while maintaining a high degree of flexibility.
• A proactive and responsible working style with clear and reliable communication.
• Assertiveness combined with sensitivity when dealing with various stakeholders.
• Calmness, oversight, and strong decision‑making skills, even in dynamic and time‑critical situations.
• Confident German and English skills, both written and spoken, as well as a solid understanding of IT.
