Role Description:

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Reporting Specialist (English Speaking) to join our vibrant team! As the Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data-driven insights to support operational performance, decision-making, and continuous improvement across business functions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards to support business and operational needs.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service metrics.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across reporting processes.
• Support performance reviews by preparing detailed analysis and presentations.
• Continuously enhance reporting processes, tools, and visualization techniques.

Experience & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
• Proven experience in developing reports and dashboards in a corporate or service environment.
• In-depth understanding of data analysis, visualization techniques, and reporting best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools, including Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
