Role Overview

  • Execution of agile events at both the team level (Scrum ceremonies) and ART level according to SAFe (PO Sync, Refinements, Inspect & Adapt) 
  • Creation and documentation of KPIs in JIRA to illustrate technical progress.
  • Prioritization of user stories—coordinated with developers and Product Owners—for individual sprints within the PI.
  • Orchestration and facilitation of cross‑team alignments through the use of collaborative platforms, structured agenda and outcome documentation, and systematic follow‑up of technical decision-making needs at both ART and team level within the PI for scopes specific to the Release Train Engineer (RTE).
  • Structured planning and operational execution of the Program Increment (PI) Planning event to synchronize cross‑team development roadmaps, capacity planning, and alignment of technical dependencies within the ART.
  • Further development of capability maps to ensure that capabilities are added or updated in every PI and that features are linked to their corresponding capabilities.
  • Enablement of the ART for feature estimation using story points.
  • Prioritization and clustering of user stories within the streams, as well as cross‑stream alignment, as preparation for implementation.
