Regional Procurement Compliance Manager

Job Description

Key Responsabilites

• Support the Regional CPO in ensuring full compliance with company activities linked to purchases activities in the Region
• Define and implement the regional procurement compliance strategy aligned with Group Procurement processes and local regulatory requirements.
• Lead the deployment and continuous improvement of supplier risk assessment processes across the region.
• Oversee supplier assessments activities throughout the supplier lifecycle, from onboarding to periodic reassessments.
• Conduct check of suppliers assessment processes within our suppliers database and propose/implement improvements where needed.
• Follow & monitor Anti-corruption, DP, Cyber Suppliers risk assessment in collaboration with the Procurement Service delivery team.
• Prepare & drive reporting on Compliance topics for regular calls with CPO, Group procurement or functions
• Work closely with local Legal, Compliance, Data Protection, Cybersecurity, Export Control, and Sustainability teams to ensure local regulatory requirements are embedded into procurement processes.
• Deliver awareness sessions to strengthen compliance knowledge across the local procurement community.
• Act as the primary regional contact for procurement compliance and supplier risk management matters.
• Support audits and compliance reviews related to supplier assessment activities in the Region
