Job Description:

As a PMO Consultant, you will support the planning, execution, and governance of projects and programs across the organization. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and business units to ensure projects align with strategic goals and are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and audit trails for cybersecurity programs.
• Track deliverables and timelines.
• Support risk and issue management processes.
• Organize and protocol regular security meetings.
• Track preparatory and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications.
• Assist in preparing materials for audits, reviews, and executive briefings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Cybersecurity.
• Outstanding communication skills in German and English, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Experience in PMO functions.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, NIS-2) is a plus.
• Previous experience in Cybersecurity and/or Compliance projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
