Role Description

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Program Manager to join our vibrant team! As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating large, complex infrastructure programs consisting of multiple interdependent projects. You will ensure strategic alignment, governance, stakeholder management, budget control, risk mitigation, and successful delivery of infrastructure initiatives within scope, schedule, and budget while managing cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, engineering resources, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large infrastructure programs and portfolios.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, delivery plans, and governance frameworks.
• Manage multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Monitor program and project performance against agreed deliverables, timelines, and business objectives.
• Engage and collaborate with executive leadership, business sponsors, engineering teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies while ensuring compliance with governance standards.
• Develop and manage program and project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure effective resource utilization and cost control.
• Manage third-party vendors, contractors, and consultants, including contract reviews, performance monitoring, and delivery quality assurance.

Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or infrastructure delivery.
• Proven leadership experience managing large-scale infrastructure programs and cross-functional teams.
• In-depth understanding of project management methodologies, program governance, risk management, and infrastructure delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, financial management, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in project and program management tools, including Microsoft Project, Jira, Microsoft Planner, or equivalent solutions.
