Job Responsibilities

The Issue Convergence Manager role includes both technical and managerial skills.
The activity consists in managing the issue on the project, starting from the development phase to the after-sales phase with particular focus on convergence on the various models produced:

Track all the SW issues coming from validation (HIL benches, PWB benches, Commissioning phase, aftersales...)

Verify if the issues can be common to other projects to warn in time for the possible fault

Manages the report of the issues with focus on oldest one and implement the correct strategy to ensure that open points advance in status until they close

Participate in progress meetings for each area involved

Management of graphs resulting from the open points report reporting them on the deck discussed with management

Have active collaboration with other job roles

Job Description

This role involves the development and application of engineering practice and knowledge in the following technologies Systems Engineering the creation and assurance of multidisciplinary solutions defining the fundamental concepts and properties of an engineered system and the crossdisciplinary and integrative principles processes for its realization and evolution. Digital Continuity the whole lifecycle management of product data with the methods and tools for end to end collaborative working. Consultancy architecture and business analysis supporting engineering transformation.
