Has a leadership role and is responsible for overseeing and optimizing Procurement Delivery overall. Required to develop and execute Procurement Excellence initiatives as per agreed roadmap. Ensure overall procurement service competitiveness through developing and optimizing the Procurement Service overall. Provides effective leadership to the procurement teams, sets clear expectations, and elevates a culture of excellence. Provides inputs to Procurement Excellence delivery roadmap. Manages team of experts.

Role Overview: Guides and oversees Procurement Excellence Teams of experts, ensuring effective projects delivery Manages complex project delivery, promoting effective and cooperative problem solving, alignment and result oriented delivery Drives innovation, analyzes market trends, explores and obtains best practices and technology market trends Establishes and reports performance metrics and projects status and updates Demonstrates and promotes organizational vision and values Engages and influences cross function key stakeholders Concentrates on increasing competitive advantage of procurement service delivery Ensures procurement activities comply with laws, regulations and sustainability commitments Continuously looks for possible improvements to the procurement processes General Responsibilities or Accountabilities: Leads Procurement Excellence professionals in dispersed or complex environments, acting as a people manager to foster a collaborative and high performing team Serves as a coach and mentor to Procurement Excellence team members, fostering personal development and supporting career aspirations Manages and monitors Procurement Excellence projects delivery according to the agreed scope Manages capacity regarding number of initiatives and internal team workload Designs, plans, and delivers projects per agreed scope and objectives, while developing strategies to execute tasks and projects in the most efficient way Cooperates with cross functional management teams to ensure right solution alignment Designs and drives the adoption of procurement solutions to ensure these are well received by stakeholders Builds and leverages relationships with internal within Procurement and external Stakeholders to align them towards new Procurement solution Manages change impact quantitative evaluation to increase organization awareness of Procurement solution impact Addresses service delivery teams feedback, regarding Procurement solution adoption and manages action plan if required Handles implemented solutions escalations and leads corrective action plan if needed Drives compliance and ESG related initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulations and laws Demonstrates knowledge of new industry trends in Procurement Leads all required updates to procurement policies Acts as a partner for Stakeholders to improve Clients satisfaction
