Role Description

We're looking for a highly experienced and customer-focused Principal Solutions Architect / Service Delivery to join our Professional Services team.

As a Principal Solutions Architect / Service Delivery, you will take the technical lead during pre-sales and project delivery engagements, adopting a consultative approach to understand customers' business objectives and technology requirements. You will be responsible for translating business needs into robust technical architectures and complex technology solutions while acting as the trusted advisor for customers and the primary technical authority for project teams.

Experience & Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in professional services, solution architecture, consulting, or service delivery roles.
  • Proven experience leading complex customer engagements from pre-sales through delivery.
  • Strong written communication skills with demonstrated ability to create customer-facing technical documentation and solution designs.
  • Excellent customer communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership and team mentoring experience.
  • Ability to act as a change catalyst, driving the adoption
  • Mastery level of multiple Dell Technologies solutions and third-party integrations, in any of the following domains:
      • Data Protection Solutions (Data Domain, Avamar, Networker, PPDM, CRS, vProtect, CyberSense)
      • Networking (L2, L3, SoNic switches, Cisco, brocade)

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Dell Proven Professional Certifications
  • Networking Industry certifications (CCNA, CCNP)
  • French language is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift, Nutanix, Linux or Azure Stack is a plus
