About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO with at least 6 years of experience. This role will be instrumental in driving project coordination, stakeholder alignment, and execution excellence within the procurement transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Governance

  • Support end-to-end project management activities for procurement-related
  • Ensure cross-regional coordination and alignment of project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, trackers, and dashboards to ensure transparency and control.
  • Monitor progress against milestones and escalate risks or delays proactively.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between procurement, solution, and business stakeholders across regions.
  • Organize and support operational committees, working groups, and project meetings with clear agendas and follow-ups.
  • Ensure stakeholder feedback is captured and integrated into project planning and execution.

Execution Support

  • Track and manage change requests, testing activities, and issue resolution related to procurement modules.
  • Ensure attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and compliance with project standards.
  • Be able to create operational procedure and perform process training

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in PMO or project coordination roles within large-scale projects
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Experience in operational procedure preparation
  • Understanding of procurement processes and tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work across regions.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
