Long Description

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of OTM Cloud solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful migration and implementation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end solution architecture for OTM Cloud migration projects.
  • Define functional and technical design standards aligned with business processes and Oracle best practices.
  • Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable OTM Cloud solutions.
  • Oversee key OTM configurations including:
    • Rate management
    • Itineraries
    • Planning parameters
    • Automation agents
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to technical consultants during build and testing phases.
  • Validate data migration strategies and ensure cutover readiness.
  • Support UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases, ensuring a smooth transition to business-as-usual operations.
  • Align with business stakeholders on the OTM Cloud migration roadmap.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in OTM Cloud migration projects (on-premise to cloud or greenfield implementations).
  • Strong functional and technical expertise in OTM modules:
    • Order Management
    • Routing & Planning
    • Execution
    • Freight Audit & Pay
  • Hands-on experience in OTM configuration, including:
    • Itineraries and planning parameters
    • Calendars and constraints
    • Rate offerings and rate records
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Automation Agents and status flows
    • Carrier onboarding processes
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
