Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Engagement) to lead end-to-end CRM implementations and digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure successful delivery, and act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing modules).
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with Capgemini standards and client expectations.
- Identify project risks and proactively manage mitigation plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements discussions, and executive updates.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, and testers.
- Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams for seamless execution.
- Drive performance and productivity across project teams.
- Provide functional and strategic guidance on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Ensure best practices in CRM implementation and integration.
- Track project progress and provide regular status reports.
- Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks and quality standards.
- Manage change requests, escalations, and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end CRM implementations.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
- Knowledge of CRM integrations (Azure, Power Platform, APIs).
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, MS Project.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, MB-300).
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications.
- Experience in consulting or system integrator environment (preferred for Capgemini).
- Exposure to presales, proposal development, or solution design.
