Job Description

Lead Agentic AI Engineer | 10+ Years’ Experience 

We are looking for a Lead Agentic AI Engineer to lead the technical design and delivery of enterprise Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions, while providing technical leadership and mentoring to the engineering team. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Agentic AI and GenAI solutions. 

• Provide technical direction, mentorship, and engineering guidance to the team. 

• Remain hands-on in complex solution design, development, and problem solving. 

• Drive solutions from PoC through production deployment, ensuring scalability, quality, and engineering best practices. 

• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Cloud, Architecture, and business teams to deliver integrated enterprise solutions. 

Required Experience 

• 10+ years of experience across Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or related technology domains. 

• Strong Python and software engineering expertise. 

• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, multi-agent systems, agent orchestration, and tool/function calling. 

• Experience with LangGraph/LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or equivalent frameworks. 

• Experience with APIs, cloud technologies, and production deployment. 

• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, team mentoring, and solution architecture. 

Nice to Have 

A Data Engineering background or strong foundation is a significant advantage, particularly experience with data pipelines, SQL, data platforms, enterprise data integration, and cloud data technologies. 

We are looking for a hands-on technical leader who can set the technical direction, develop the team, and drive the delivery of scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
