Ivalua Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Assess and optimize sourcing and procurement processes, identifying gaps and recommending best practices to enhance S2P performance and value delivery.
- Design, configure, and customize Ivalua solutions—including workflows, forms, and reporting—to meet client-specific needs while ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Lead end-to-end implementation activities, including solution deployment, data migration, system integration, user acceptance testing, and post-go-live support.
- Develop and deliver training programs, user documentation, and ongoing functional support to drive adoption and ensure system effectiveness.
- Support project management activities by contributing to planning, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Continuously improve solutions by staying updated on Ivalua advancements and identifying opportunities to enhance processes and best practices.

Requirements

 
  • 2+ years of proven experience as an Ivalua Functional Consultant or a similar 
    SaaS base eProcurement products. 

  • Experience in implementation of Source to Pay processes and systems  

  • Experience on support and maintenance assignment of Ivalua or any other SaaS base eProcurement products is an asset 

  • Good understanding of sourcing and procurement processes and their business value drivers 

  • Strong analytical skills, result-oriented paired with highly structured working style and good sense of responsibility, flexibility, and team player 

  • Strong will to pursue a problem, identify the source, and propose possible solutions in collaboration with other team members in a timely manner 

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) and good level of the other foreign language e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish would be an asset
