Your Role & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an Ivalua Consultant to join our growing team in Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging business requirements and technical solutions within the Ivalua platform, supporting solution design, configuration, integration, and implementation activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement and supply chain processes, along with a strong understanding of system integrations, data management, and enterprise applications. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients, you will help deliver scalable and effective Ivalua solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.

As a Ivalua Consultant, your main responsibilities will include:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs.
• Configure and optimize Ivalua solutions to support Source-to-Pay and procurement processes.
• Design, develop, and support integrations between Ivalua, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define interface requirements, data mappings, and integration specifications.
• Develop and support inbound and outbound interfaces using APIs, web services, and file-based integrations.
• Work with integration technologies such as IDoc, ALE, EDI, BAPI, RFC, OData, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, and CSV/flat-file interfaces.
• Participate in testing activities, including system integration testing, UAT, and go-live support.
• Troubleshoot functional and integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and maintain technical documentation.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Ivalua, SAP MM, SAP Ariba, integration consulting, or enterprise application implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of procurement and Source-to-Pay business processes.
• Hands-on experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations and system interfaces.
• Experience with SAP integration technologies such as IDoc, ALE, BAPI, RFC, and OData.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, CSV/flat-file integrations, and data exchange concepts.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot data.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.
