Job Description

We are seeking a Italian-speaking Project Manager to lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and Italian-speaking stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management activities from initiation to closure. 
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation models. 
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment. 
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. 
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with policies and procedures. 
• Provide regular project status updates, reports, and dashboards to senior leadership. 
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and communication across teams. 
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.

Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Project Management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in various MS office tools, including Excel and Powerpoint.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
