Job Description:

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Data Center Transformation & Business Resiliency Consultant to join our vibrant team! As a Data Center Transformation & Business Resiliency Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor and delivery lead, helping customers modernize data centers, strengthen cyber and disaster recovery capabilities, and build resilient, AI-ready infrastructure platforms. You will lead transformation initiatives from strategy and assessment through implementation while ensuring security, governance, operational resilience, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data center modernization, consolidation, migration, and infrastructure transformation engagements.
• Define and implement Disaster Recovery (DR), Cyber Recovery, Business Continuity, and Operational Resilience strategies.
• Develop target-state architectures, transformation roadmaps, and migration plans aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct infrastructure assessments, workload analysis, dependency mapping, and technology rationalization activities.
• Design resilient enterprise architectures covering compute, storage, networking, virtualization, data protection, and recovery solutions.
• Assess and enable AI-ready infrastructure platforms supporting analytics, machine learning, and modern data workloads.
• Facilitate customer workshops, architecture reviews, resilience assessments, and executive presentations.
• Support business development activities through solutioning, proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and value-based transformation roadmaps.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Infrastructure Architecture, Data Center Transformation, Consulting, or Technology Advisory roles.
• Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Proven expertise in Data Center Strategy, Migration, Consolidation, and Modernization programs.
• Strong experience designing and implementing Disaster Recovery, High Availability, Business Continuity, Cyber Recovery, and Operational Resilience solutions.
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, VMware Cloud Foundation, Hyper-V, enterprise Linux platforms, and virtualization technologies.
• Strong knowledge of storage, backup, replication, recovery, networking, security, and identity solutions.
• Experience with cloud and hybrid cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and VMware Cloud solutions.
• Understanding of AI-ready infrastructure, containerized platforms, cloud-native environments, and modern data workloads.
• Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
