Job Description:

We're looking for a passionate and results-driven German Project Manager to join our vibrant team! As a German Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful execution from initiation through closure while maintaining alignment with business objectives, quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management activities from project initiation through closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking to ensure cost efficiency and commercial success.
• Coordinate internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.
• Monitor project progress and proactively adapt plans to meet changing business requirements and timelines.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize business impact.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, governance policies, and project management best practices.
• Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project management methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management or a related project delivery environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent are preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
