- Lead end-to-end project management activities from initiation through closure
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking to ensure cost efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration
- Monitor project progress, proactively adjusting plans to meet changing requirements and timelines
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, governance policies, and procedures
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and effective communication across all stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- 5–7 years of proven experience in Project Management
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and French
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
